Caruso St John Architects have won an invited competition for the regeneration of the Paulaner brewery site in Munich.
Part of a 150,000 m2 masterplan, the 36,000 m2 building on Welfenstraße will provide apartment accommodation along with a crèche, kindergarten and retail units on the ground floor. The project was a collaboration with Vogt Landscape Architects. An exhibition of the three winning projects is open to the public until 14th July at Regerhof in Welfenstraße 24.
