Adam Caruso will present a lecture on Art Spaces at Malmö Konsthall as part of the institution’s 50th anniversary celebrations.
Alongside the lecture, an exhibition will pay tribute to Malmö Konsthall’s history, showcasing a selection of exhibitions hosted there over the years. The exhibition opens on March 22 and will be on view until January 18, 2026.

Adam Caruso will be speaking at the Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences on Thursday 26 November. Hosted by the Faculty of Architecture, the event marks a milestone as the 100th event in the university’s ongoing evening lecture series.
Adam's talk, titled Gleaning, will address the role of reuse, existing fabric, and material resources in contemporary practice.
In mid-October, FAST (Festival for Architecture Schools of Tomorrow) will take place in Oradea, Romania. The TALKS conference series investigates how architecture responds to continuous transformation: in public space, in professional collaboration, and in the relationship between communities and institutions.
Adam Caruso will be speaking during the opening TALKS session on Monday 12 October at the Oradea Regina Maria Theatres.
In the middle of June, a symposium will be held at MICAS: Malta International Contemporary Art Space. This two-day research event brings together architects, architectural historians, curators, museologists, and sociologists to examine how contemporary art institutions emerge within historically layered environments. Adam Caruso will be one of the speakers.

Our director Ben Speltz will give a talk as part of this year's RIBA x Vitra Talks series. He will discuss the practice's approach to working with existing buildings, drawing on a range of projects such as: Hospitalfield Arts, a complex amalgam of medieval buildings in Scotland; Düngerbau, an old chemical factory converted into workspace; and Royal Belge, a sixties office building transformed into a mixed-use program of restaurant, hotel and gym.
The ARCH-E Consortium and the Architects’ Council of Europe (ACE) are organizing a conference on Architectural Design Competitions (ADCs). The program includes a keynote lecture by Adam Caruso at the start of the day, followed by panel discussions with European practitioners and policymakers as well as workshops and presentations on key topics in the field. The conference is held at the Royal Belge building in Brussels.
