RIBA National Award 2017
Caruso St John Architects' project for the restoration and extension of Liverpool Philharmonic Hall has won an RIBA National Award.
Caruso St John's new headquarters building for the Bremer Landesbank in Bremen has been shortlisted for the 2018 DAM Award for architecture in Germany. The jury will meet to decide the winning scheme in autumn and the winner will be announced in January 2018.

Caruso St John's projects for the Heong Gallery at Downing College, Cambridge, and the refurbishment and extension of Liverpool Philharmonic Hall have won RIBA Awards.
The Bremer Landesbank Headquarters has been awarded a commendation in the 2017 Deutscher Architekturpreis.
An exhibition at the Architektur Galerie Berlin, featuring a dense arrangement of elements.
Peter St John will be giving the keynote address at the 2017 RIBA Royal Gold Medal Fellows Reception.
In this exhibition Caruso St John will be showing large scale models of four recent projects alongside images created for competition entries that span the practice's 26 year history. The exhibition opens with a preview on the evening of 18th January and continues until 25th Feb 2017. Gallery hours are Wednesday to Friday 11–6pm, Saturday 12-5pm or by appointment.
Caruso St John' Architects' projects for the Newport Street Gallery and the Lycée Hotelier de Lille have been nominated for the 2017 European Union Prize for Architecture - Mies van der Rohe Award.

Equerre d’Argent
Caruso St John’s project for the Lycée Hotelier de Lille has been nominated for an Equerre d’Argent award in the category of Culture, Youth and Sport. The winners will be announced on 21st November.
Caruso St John have been awarded joint third prize in the competition for the Historiche Mitte in Cologne. The design included a new City Museum and offices for the Cathedral, on the site adjacent to the Roman Museum.
Europaallee Baufeld E has won a RIBA Award for International Excellence.

Caruso St John Architects' project for the Bremer Landesbank headquarters in Bremen has won the Grand Prix at the 2017 Fritz-Höger Prize for Brick Architecture.
Newport Street Gallery is one of six buildings shortlisted for the 2016 Stirling Prize. The winning project will be announced this Thursday.
Newport Street Gallery, the conversion of almost an entire street of listed industrial buildings in south London into a free public gallery for artist Damien Hirst’s private art collection, has won the coveted 2016 RIBA Stirling Prize for the UK’s best new building.

Adam Caruso will be giving a keynote lecture at the 14th Annual Docomomo conference in Lisbon. Titled Adaptive Re-use. The Modern Movement Towards the Future, the conference will take place at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
Designs by the 10 shortlisted teams in the contest to design a £40 million national Holocaust memorial next to the Palace of Westminster have gone on public display. Caruso St John, Marcus Taylor and Rachel Whiteread’s proposal consists of two parts – a cast, translucent sculpture above ground and a series of large chambers below ground.

Adam Caruso will be giving a lecture at the Porto Academy, the summer school of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto.
Caruso St John Architects, in collaboration with Boltshauser Architects and Pool Architects, have won the competition for the Hardturm Areal in Zurich city. The scheme comprises a new 18,500 capacity football arena, a residential building with 173 cooperative apartments, and two mixed-use high-rise buildings. The project is being developed by HRS Real Estate SG and Credit Suisse.
