Cham, Switzerland 2022–present

Client: Cham Immobilien AG Heritage Site

Built in the 1950s by architect R. Bluhm, the former paper factory in Cham stands today as an important piece of cantonal industrial heritage. Its distinctive combination of heavy concrete structure and light steel construction on the upper floors gives the building a robust and memorable character. The project involves the conversion of the main and ancillary buildings within the constraints and protective requirements of the monument authorities.
